Our fastest motivation-CD covers a BPM-Range of 136-150, continuously precision-cut in 32 count phrasing and completed by one 3-min-final-track of BPM 152. This cardio workout is followed by a cool-down track of BPM 136 and the whole compilation finally ends with a particularly relaxing stretch-track. As a special GYMusic closes the very last 32 count-phrase of each track with an additional acoustical accentuation of the last four "ones" in order to prepare both you and your participants for the transition into the up-coming track.

Step / Mid Tempo:
The most popular CD-Compilation of GYMusic motivates you from the very beginning with BPM 126 until BPM 134 in a 50-minute-workout without breaks, precision-cut in 32 count phrasing and climaxes with 3-min-final-track of BPM 136. After the step workout a cool-down track (BPM 126) follows and the compilation finally closes with a very slow, "flowing" stretching-track. As a special GYMusic closes the very last 32 count-phrase of each track with an additional acoustical accentuation of the last four "ones" in order to prepare both you and your course participants for the transition into the up-coming track.

Fit & Healthy:
This compilation is especially designed for healthy back and spinal gymnastics but is also suitable for both toning and discofox dancing courses. This CD starts with a 15-minute continuously 130 BPM Warm Up (3 Tracks) and is followed by a 45-min-workout completely in 32 count phrasing comprehending a BPM-range of 100-120 and the compilation is closed with a relaxing slow track. Most of the track on this CD is known from the radio but we decided to not include any Hip Hop/Rap-style tracks due to the fact such tracks decrease the dynamic rhythm of the workout. As a special GYMusic closes the very last 32 count-phrase of each track with an additional acoustical accentuation of the last four "ones" in order to prepare both you and your course participants for the transition into the up-coming track.

Our latest CD-innovation for pilates and yoga is a very special melodic masterpiece which brings peace and calm to body & mind: Particularly soft and warm songs take you away into a balanced and relaxed stage of consciousness which is both assumption and goal of your course. The first and the last 3 tracks are the slowest; between these there is a maximum of BPM in the middle of the compilation. We use quite often music from motion pictures and instrumental version of well known top-hits, mainly performed by piano and saxophone.
